CRITICISM OF ALLIED CONDUCT OF WAR.

With criticism of the Allies' conduct of the war appearing for the first time since the outbreak of hostilities, the French Senate unanimously agreed to a secret session, which adjourned after three hours. It will continue tomorrow, when M. Daladier will make a statement.
