GOLD MINING RETURNS. Grey River dridge reports a return of 1570 z. from 86.433 cubic yards worked in 127 hours. Big River Gold Mines Ltd. has issued the following gold return for January and February:— Battery department: 250 tons of ore crushed for 2130 z. of melted gold. Cyanide department: 125 tons‘“bl' sands treated for 17oz. of bullion. Total estimated value. £1775. In addition. 4 tons of concentrates was saved valued at £125. In estimating the above value gold has been taken al 160 s a fine ounce.
