AT BURIAL OF SHIPMATES.

At the funeral of two of the crew of the Amelia Lauro, which was bombed and set on fire by a Nazi plane in the North Sea, their shipmates declared: “We will never forget you nor this wicked attack.”.. The vow was repeated in unison at the instigation of an Italian officer.
