Plum Chutney. Place the following through a mincer: 61b dark red plums. 21b tomatoes, 21b seeded raisins, 3oz garlic. Add 31b sugar. 2oz ground ginger. 4oz salt, cayenne and pepper io taste. 1 chopped chili. :!l pirn-', best vinegar. Boil aboul 11 Irjii'ra until Illicit. Bottle when cold. This chutney improves with age.
