A beautifully fine day favoured cricketers in the Wairarapa on Saturday after a lapse of two successive weekends in which unfavourable weather prevented play. Red Star scored a five point win over Wairarapa College and Old Boys accounted for Lansdowne by a margin of 17 runs on the first innings. RED STAR v COLLEGE. Red Star resumed their first innings against Wairarapa College with no wickets down for 33, College having made 92 in their first strike three weeks previously.
