THE NAVY AGAIN.—The White Ensign of the Royal Navy and the Nazi swastika flying underneath, on the stern of the Nazi freighter Dusseldorf, as the ship passed through the Panama Canal recently, headed towards the Atlantic under a British prize crew. The Dusseldorf was captured by a British destroyer off the coast of Chile, when the German crew was too slow in an attempt to scuttle the vessel.
