MR WELLES IN FRANCE
PAN-EUROPEAN UNION DISCUSSED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) PARIS. March 3. A French statesman, interviewing Mr Sumner Welles, discussed a possible extension of the Anglo-French Alliance into a Pan-European Union after the war. M. Daladicr declared that he was very well satisfied with his interview with Mr. Welles.
