SCUTTLED IN NORTH ATLANTIC LOCATED BY PLANES. CREW PICKED UP BY BRITISH WARSHIPS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, March 8. The German steamer Uruguay was scuttled when a British warship intercepted her in the North Atlantic. Coastal command planes located the Uruguay and guided warships to her by radio. The warships picked up the crew of 14 officers and 40 men.
