DECISION CHANGED
PRE-WAR NEGOTIATIONS WITH RUSSIA. PUBLICATION OF WHITE PAPER DEFERRED. LONDON. March 6. The Primo Minister. Mr Chamberlain. in the House of Commons said that the publication of the White Paper dealing with the pre-war negotiations between Britain and the Soviet Union had been deferred. "The Government has changed its mind about its publication in the light of general considerations,” he said.
