Fie describes published reports of his conversations as “inaccurate and unfounded." He is not reporting till he returns to Washington. He spent yesterday at his hotel in Switzerland resting and recording his impressions of his visit to Germany. At a Press conference in Washington. President Roosevelt stated that the return of the American Ambassador to Berlin was not contemplated. He said that he had no information that Berlin contemplated sending the German Ambassador back to Washington.
