The voting at the mine-workers' mass meetings held on Ihe northern New South Wales coalfields today was preponderantly in favour of a general strike beginning on Monday. Seven meetings were held and all but two accented the strike recommendation of their leaders. At the Wontbaggi State mine in Victoria Ibe strike vote was unanimous. • Emnloyees on the other coalfields will vote later in the week.
