WOOL PRODUCTION
INCREASE IN UNITED STATES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. WASHINGTON, March 5. It is officially announced that United States wool production is 1939, was 441.897,000 pounds' weight, an increase of five million pounds over the 1938 average. The local market price of 22.3 cents indicated an income of 82.234,000 dollars.
