RIBBON PARADE

WAJRARAPA KENNEL CLUB. At a meeting of (he committee of the Wairarapa Kennel Club held last night, il was decided to hold a Ribbon Parade in the Park grounds on Saturday. April 13. A full classification of classes in the breeds of different dogs will be the programme, besides variety stakes for which handsome ribbons will be allotted. The stakes are as follow: —Veteran Stakes, over eight years: Non-sporting Stakes; Spaniels Stakes; Toy Stakes; Terrier Stakes; Sporting Stakes; Novice Stakes: Champion of Champions: Grand Puppy Stakes: Grand Challenge Stakes: best on parade. Champion dogs will only be eligible Io compete in the champion of champions class. Three local judges have been selected to officiate. A pleasant afternoon is assured all lovers of dogs.
