Japanese-appointed puppet leader of China, who revealed Wang’s agreement with Japan, have published nine more secret agreements providing for a virtual Japanese monopoly of Central Chinese mining, railways, aviation. telegraphs and telephones, water, electric supplies and municipal reconstruction by the Japanese.
Wang Chang-wei’s government will provide the bulk of the 160.000.000 dollars capital for the monopoly. The companies' methods ol control arc termed anti-foreign, fraudulent, and rapacious and are said to be military as well as economic in nature.
