Not in a fervour of jingoism, but in the real national spirit—“ Sense of Country"—the March issue of the "N.Z. Railways Magazine” has a wealth of special articles truly in keeping with the coloured design “Flags of Freedom,’ on the front cover. The writers clearly state a case which should commend the warm interest of New Zealanders who believe that they have a country worth guarding. The contributors are James Cowan, Alan Mulgan, O. N.
