WRECK OF THE GRAF SPEE. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. NEW YORK, March 1. The Montevideo correspondent of the United Press of America says the German Legation informed the Uruguayan Foreign Office that it sold the wreckage of the Graf Spee to a local junk dealer. It is understood that the price was 17,500 dollars. Engineers have started salvage examination. The Graf Spee cost £3,375,000.
