Seen with him again in this picture are George Hayes and Russell Hayden. A startling new crime drama, “Disbarred,” is the associate feature. With Otto Kruger cast as the brilliant but cynical and unscrupulous “mouthpiece” of the underworld, “Disbarred” illustrate’s Hoover’s statement in a series of thrilling and vivid incidents. Others in leading roles are Gail Patrick, as a modern Portia, and Robert Preston, as a crusading young district attorney.
