The Federal committee engaged on shipping shortage has issued a report saying that the position is generally satisfactory. Considerable quantities of wheat, sugar and meat have already been shipped to Britain and the outlook for space is better than was expected. There would probably' be ample for transportation of the cargoes which the Mother Country most urgently needed.
