BRITISH DISCUSSIONS WITH RUMANIA. POSITION NOT WHOLLY unsatisfactory. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, February 26. Replying to. a question in the House of Commons, the Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr R. A.,Butler, said that, as he informed the House in February,- the question of the export of oil from Rumania in all its aspects was at present under consideration between the Rumanian and British Governments. While the discussions were continuing he was not in a position to make a statement, but he could say the Government was not disposed at present to regard the situation as whollyunsatisfactory. A member then asked: “Are not the feelings ot Rumania toward this country very friendly?”

Mr Butler, replying, said: "I would like to endorse that statement.”
