MINED IN NORTH SEA. LASCAR KILLED & OTHERS INJURED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) LONDON. February 27. The Clan Morrison (5936 tons) struck a mine in the North Sea and sank. The bridge was blown up and the Chief Officer, Mr Powell, was trapped in the wreckage, and badly injured. The crew landed at an east coast port. One Lascar was killed, and 15 others were injured.
