WITHDRAWAL FROM BJORKO. EFFECTED UNDER COVER. OF BLIZZARD. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) HELSINKI, February 27, A Finnish communique admits abandonment of the Bjorko Island fortress. The heroic garrison was short of supplies and crossed the straits over the ice, under cover of a night blizzard, and reached the Finnish lines.
