RIVERSIDE CLUB’S ANNUAL MEETING. ENTRANCE FEES WAIVED. . The annual meeting of the Riverside Golf Club was held in Masterton last night, Mr T. B. Braggins presiding over a good attendance of members. It was decided to waive the usual entrance fees for the coming season, the green fees being fixed at Is 6d per round or 2s 6d per day. The appointment of a ladies’ committee was held over for a meeting to be held next Tuesday.
Votes of thanks were passed to the outgoing committee and to the retiring secretary, Mr H. Keisenberg, who had resigned. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted: —Patron, Mr D. J. Cameron; president, Mr A. J. Hume; vice-president, Mr W. Palamontain; club captain, Mr D. Costello; vice-cap-tain. Mr 11. Wearne: hon. auditor. Mr L. F. Gray. Mr J. Connell was appointed secretary. General committee: Messrs R. Wearne, R. Hatch, C. Leigh. J. Wakelin, D. Wellington and V. Jones. .
