February,2s. “Beware of women in uniform." reads a warning contained in general orders issued by the British Expeditionary Force headquarters in the campaign against espionage. The warning declares that a uniform is no guarantee of the bona fidcs of the wearer. Even priests and Sisters of Mercy should nut be regarded as immune from suspicion.
