The New Zealand Stock Exchange has received advice from the Barnet Glass Rubber Company advising that the company has declared an interim dividend for the half year ended December 31. 1939, of four per cent on cumulative preference shares and 31 per cent on ordinary shares. The Dunlop Perdriau Co. has declared an interim dividend of five per cent on its cumulative preference shares for the half-year ended December 31, and a 31 per cent dividend on ordinary shares. London share quotations: Clutha River Co: Byers, 71d; sellers. lOld; Molyneux River Co.: Buyers, lid; sellers, 4Jd. At the annual meeting of MacDufl’s Ltd. it was disclosed that the net profit for the year was £17,366. This amount has been placed to the credit of the profit and loss appropriation account, reducing the debit to be carried forward to ‘£17,018.
