HITLER DENOUNCES BRITAIN SYMPATHY FOR ARABS & JEWS! FRIENDSHIP WITH RUSSIA “BENEFICIAL." By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright MUNICH, February 25. In a speech on the Nazi Party’s twentieth anniversary, ITorr Hitler declared ihtil Italy. India. God did not will that three-quarters of the world should be ruled by one race, which is unable to supply its own people with the necessities of life. 1 make Germany s claim modestly enough; I claim the security of our lebensraum (living-space) and by lebensraum I mean what is economically developed not by Britain but by Germans. ‘“Particularly in Central Europe British influence was previously scarcely noticeable. Germany built up Central Europe, and we will not allow our life to be curtailed in this lebensraum. The British do not know us, of which the best proof is their hope to bring about, another 1918, otherwise one cannot explain the idiotic pamphlets which, in default of other ammunition, they have dropped over Germany.

RELIANCE ON ITALY.

I personally have experienced the intervention of Providence in its deepest significance a few months ago (presumably at the Munich bombing). Our struggle is not for oppression of others but for the liberation of the Germans. Therefore it cannot bo that Providence would allow us to be ruined. This was my belief 20 years ago and it is my belief today."

Herr Hitler, in his address, abused Mr Chamberlain. Mr Eden, Mr HoreBelisha, and other British statesmen. Daventry reports. Russia and Germany, he said, were too good to bleed each other for the benefit of the Jews and stockbrokers in London. He demanded the return of the lost colonies. United States comment describes the speech as a “scream of defiance at Britain,” and adds that the greatest applause accompanied the abusive references to Britain.

The complete lack of anything of novelty in Herr Hitler’s speech is commented upon generally in the IJress. In official London circles it is regarded as following the same pattern as former speeches by the Fuehrer and one on which, it is not worth commenting.
