GIFTS FROM QUEEN

SENT TO CANADIAN REGIMENT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) RUGBY, February 23. The Queen, as Colonel-in-Chief of the Canadian regiment the Toronto Scottish, now training at Aidershot, yesterday sent a large parcel of gifts to the officers and men. including a variety of comforts, such as woollen scarves, socks, balaclava helmets, mittens and finger-gloves.
