RUMANIA & BRITAIN

DISCUSSION OF THE OIL POSITION. CLOSE CONTACT ACHIEVED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) RUGBY, February 23. Rumania's reply to the recent British inquiry concerning the functions of the recently formed Rumanian Oil Board and the question of Rumanian oil supplies to Germany, is regarded in official London quarters as forming an adequate basis for further discussion, designed to improve trade relations between the two countries.
