FINNS FIGHTING HARD ON BIRTHDAY OF RED ARMY. POPULATION OF THE CITY WITHDRAWN. (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) HELSINKI, February 23. The birthday of the Red Army finds the Finns fighting hard to prevent the capture of Viborg. The last of /the city’s 75,000 population has departed. The weather favours the Finns. It is snowing today, with fog along the south-eastern coast.
