Robert Wiener, has been sentenced to two years in prison. The judge recommended deportation on the expiration of the sentence. Robert Wiener, national treasurer of the United States Communist Party, was charged on December 5 last with falsely procuring a passport. He pleaded not guilty and was allowed bail. The prosecutor alleged that he was Russian born and that he masqueraded for 20 years as a United States citizen, although still an alien.
