The Havas news agency reports that Field-Marshal Mannerheirp is raining terrific hammer-blows against the Red Army’s Lake Lado- . ga front. Further Russian divisions are reported to be in difficulties and suffering considerable losses in the sector where the Finns claimed to have annihilated the 18th Division Monday. The Finns claim to have captured “a very well-known high Russian military personality,” together with some members of his staff. • KING GUSTAV MILITARISTS MAY FORCE ABDICATION. The Stockholm correspondent of the “Tidens Tegn" says Swedish militarists may force King Gustav to abdicate, because he sided against intervention in Finland.
