Morriss, N.G., presided over an excellent attendance of members at die fortnightly meeting of Loyal Eketahuna Odd Fellows’ Lodge' on Monday night. Sick pay amounting to £9 was passed for payment. Seven Past Grands of the Lodge intimated their intention of attending the quarterly meeting of the Wairarapa Past Grands’ Lodge to be held at Mastertou on Thursday night. Mrs Hawkins Senr., is paying a visit to her daughter, Mrs R. Thomasen, Atea. Miss Betty Petersen, Atea, is visiting the Exhibition. Mr and Mrs Maurice Spring and their infant son, have returned to Waitara after a visit to Mr and Mrs J. Spring, Nireaha. Nireaha Sunday School. The Nireaha Sunday School will resume on Sunday. Women’s Institute. The Rongokokako Women’s Institute will hold a dance in the Rongokokako Hall tonight, the proceeds of which will be in aid of the Patriotic Funds.
