FRASER—SMART. (“Times-Age” Special.) The marriage took place at St Mark’s Anglican Church. Carterton, yesterday of Mi- Peter McKenzie •Erase)', younger son of Mr and Mrs R. Fraser, of Wellington, and Miss Irene M. Smart, second daughter of Mi and Mrs ].,. H. Smart, of Clifton Avenue, Carterton, the officiating; clergyman being the Rev W. F. Stent. The bride, who was escorted by her ■father, looked charming in a lovely Irock o! magnolia satin, cut on simple i:nes. and fastened down the back by a row <>l tiny buttons. Her tulle pleated veil was a beautiful embroidered one with a long sweeping train and was caught to the crown with a halo ot lily ot. tlie valley. She carried a sheaf of eream lilies, eharm dahlias, gladioli, pale pm!; cai'nations and maiden-hair fern. '1 he bride was attended by her sister. Miss Joan Smart, who wore a frock of pole green chiffon over taf- . leta, with a trailer of salmon pink Howers m her hair and carried a lovely bouquet of salmon pink dahlias, gladioli and maiden-hair tern.
