POLICE WATCH

ON RUSSIAN EMBASSY IN PARIS. SIMILAR ACTION TN MOSCOW. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright PARIS. February 13. The Soviet Embassy has been placed under a special police watch, despite the usual diplomatic immunity. The Foreign Ministry, in a statement, said the action was due to the Embassy's relations with the outlawed French Communist Party.
