Bartie). 1; Manrico (A. Sinclair), 2; Ajax (H. Badger). 3. All started. Ajax was last leaving the barrier and ran up to second place between Manrico and High Caste, who made a great run nearing the post and won by half a head, with Ajax half a neck away third. Time. 1.23.1. a course record. The Wyndham Handicap resulted: — Bankshaw, 7.10 (Mornement), 1; Royal Jubilee. 8.9 (Hall), 2; Gladstone, 7.4 (Purtell), 3. Eleven started. Head; half a neck. Time, 2.4:;. WARWICK FARM I BRAMOL SALUTES JUDGE. | SYDNEY, February 11. At the Warwick Farm races at Randwick the Glenfield Handicap resulted: —Denis. 9.0 (McMenamin), 1; Diogenes. 7.1 (Thompson), 2; St Constant, 9.7 (Cook), 3. Thirteen started: Half a neck; same. Time 1.13. The Warwick February Handicap resulted. Brambol. 8.7 (Munro). Tusculum. 7.0 (Thompson, dead-heat. 1; Hedonic. 8.3 (James). 3. Eight started, dead-heat; two lengths and a half. Time. 2.5 J. During the running of the Ingleburn Nursery Handicap, an apprentice jockey. W. Lappin, aged 18, who was second in last year’s winning jockey’s list, was thrown from his mount under a bunched field and received head injuries from which he died later.
