COMMUNISTS IN SWEDEN. REPORTED MACHINATIONS BY RUSSIA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. STOCKHOLM, February 11. The police arrested 200 leading Communists in a series of raids in Stockholm. Boden, Goteborg. Malmo, and other cities and towns. The arrests followed a discovery that Russia has sent money for antiSwedish activities. Those arrested include the editor of the Stockholm Communist newspaper, a radio message states. A statement by the police says that it has been learned that the Swedish Communist Party has been receiving large sums of money from Russia, probably destined for harmful uses in Sweden. Two Communist members of the Swedish Labour delegation which viscited Moscow in 1934 are -stated to have received money for propaganda purposes from M. Kussinen. who is now the head of the puppet Government set up by the Communists at. Terijoki. Much Communist material has been seized for examination by the police.
