GERMAN SEAMEN TAKEN TO FRANCE. By Telegraph—Press -Association—Copyright. LISBON. February 8. Tlie French mine-sweeper, Cap Nord, removed two German seamen, Paul Querry and Klaus Runge, from the liner Carvalho Araujo, off the Azores. Querry claimed an urgent operation for appendicitis. The French captain promised him treatment after arrival.
