DELEGATION TO LONDON PROPOSED. OPPOSITION TO CONGRESS VIEWS. 0y Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON. February 8. The Delhi correspondent of "The Times" says that the Congress Party’s insistence on the acceptance of its ease in connection with the selfgovernment of India has encouraged collaboration among the anti-Congrcss minorities, who are planning to dispatch a delegation to London. Some of the Princes are similarly inclined, while the Moslems already arc preparing a mission. These circles believe that Congress propagandists in London have overemphasised the Congress's case to the detriment of the minorities. MR GANDHI’S VIEW WIDE GULF STI LI, EXISTS. (Received This Dav. 9.25 a.m.) LONDON February 8. Mr Gandhi in a message to the "Dail.y Herald." said a wide gulf still cxisied between Hie British Government and Nationalist India.
