LONDON. February 6. The German Propaganda Ministry denies all knowledge of a Germansponsored peace plan, adding that the points enumerated are nol acceptable in any case.

According to a cablegram received yesterday a Norwegian newspaper said a neutral Slate is to submit a peace plan on behalf of Herr Hitler at a meeting of the central committee of the League of Nations. The plan, it was stated, provided for a plebiscite on the question of international control of Austria and a commission to decide the future of the Czech. Polish and Slovak states.
