EXCHANGE OF GOODS UNDER WAY. ACTIVITY AT FRONTIER POSTS. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON. February 7. A report from Berlin states that an extensive exchange of goods under the German-Soviet Pact is proceeding, covering grain, oil, metals, hemp, flax and manganese. The exchange is regulated at nine frontier points, al two of which war prisoners are expediting the loading of the German trucks.
