KING'S FIRST INVESTITURE SINCE WAR STARTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 1 p.m.) LONDON, February 6. His Majesty's first investiture since the outbreak of war was Hold at Buckingham Palace, when he decorated 11 with the D. 5.0., four with the Military Cross, eight with the D.F.C.. 31 with the D.S.C. Among the last named were 13 skippers of the Naval Reserve. He handed the King’s Medal to a number of policemen, including three who risked their lives at I.R.A. outrages.
