The “Tidens Tegn” says a neutral state is submitting a peace plan on behalf of Herr Hitler at the forthcoming meeting of the League Council’s central committee at The Hague. It addds: Marshal Goering drafted the plan in January. It provides for a plebiscite relating to international control for Austria and a commission of English, French and German representatives, to decide the future of the Czech, Polish and Slovak states.
