9 FOR FIRING ON ESTONIAN PLANE. MISUNDERSTANDING ADMITTED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. MOSCOW, February 4. Russia has apologised to Estonia for her warships firing on an Estonian plane on Saturday. Russia adds that Estonia had agreed to fly over warships in Estonian waters, consequently the firing was justified but admits a the plane having mistakenly changed its course.
