OIL FOR JAPAN
SUPPLIES FROM MEXICO. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. -MONTREAL, February 4. Mexico and Japan are concluding a deal for 7.000.000 barrels of Mexican oil in return for a small cash payment and the balance in cotton goods and electrical equipment. Mexico is perturbed over the loss of the German market. She has 70.000,000 barrels of oil stored.
