APPOINTMENTS IN ENGLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 10.15 a.m.) LONDON. February 5. Mr H. S. E. Turner has been appointed director of livestock and home produced meat and Mr R. S. Forsyth director of imported meat. Messrs Turner and Forsyth, who were previously deputy-directors, were both formerly associated with the New Zealand meat trade.
