SUSPENSION OF JOCKEY
BROUGHTON’S APPEAL. DISMISSED BY DISTRICT COMMITTEE. (By Telegraph—Press Asociation.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The appeal of W. J. Broughton against the two months suspension imposed upon him on the final day of the recent Wellington, meeting was dismissed by the Wellington District Committee, but Broughton’s deposit was refunded. The suspension terminates on March 22. which is Good Friday.
