The directors of the Southland Frozen Meat Co recommend the payment of a final dividend of 8d on preference and ordinary shares, payable March 1. A Melbourne advice states that a call, the second of 6d per share on the issue D contributing Shares (both issues) of the New Zealand register of the Taranaki (New Zealand) Oil Development Company ■ (making such shares paid to 2s 6d each) will be made today. . The Kelburn and Karori Tramway Company recommend a final dividend of 2J per cent, on each class of shares, making five per cent for the year on both ordinary and preference share capital, payable on February 26.
