“Now, this is the Sphinx.” “Sphinx! What is that?” “It is the head of a woman carved in solid rock.” “Oh! I’ve seen lots of women like that.”
WORN' BY OSA MASSEN. Heavy white crepe fashions this dinner dross worn by Osa Massen in ‘■Honeymoon in Bali,” co-starring Madeleine Carroll, and Fred Mac Murray. It has a camisole top with square neckline and broad shoulder straps. The full, sweeping skirt is cut on the bias and features an inverted box pleat in front. There is a wide, set-in black crepe girdle to lend colour contrast, and a matching white crepe bolero embroid-t cred with white chenille balls may be worn as desired. Black antelope bag! and gloves and black crepe sandals! complete the ensemble.
