WAR SHOVED END
FOR UNITED ASSAULT AGAINST RUSSIA.
EX-KAISER’S REPORTED WISH.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright NEW YORK. February 2.
The “New York Times" prints an uncensored letter from the ex-Kaiser to Mr Poultney Bigelow, his friend and biographer, in which he expresses the opinion that the nations of Europe should end the war and join a united assault against Russia in order to rid world civilisation of Bolshevism.
“The magnificent stand of the Finns has smashed the nimbus of Bolshevism and set people thinking.” he added. "As a result, the wish for peace is gaining ground."
