Paint and War Economy T JLN time of war there is little distinction between personal and National assets—ALL wealth strengthens the nation. In painting any structure, the labour cost is the same whether good or poor paint is used. The only saving that can be made is per gallon of paint. The simple truth behind this fact is that while some paints contain no white lead or very little, Berger’s do not and never will cut down on their high percentage of the finest white lead in B.P. paint.
