January 31. “Not. quins but. twins," insisted the harassed father from the steps of his home, when beseeching a cheering crowd to depart. Many were not. convinced but it was pointed out that Hie father ought to know. A cablegram yesterday reported that the wife of an Egyptian had given birth to quintuplets.
